Elliots Beach in Chennai

Elliot’s beach is located near Besant Nagar and is one of the popular beaches in chennai. This is about 60kms away from Chennai.  At the end of this beach are the Ashtalakshmi temple and Velankanni church.  Along the coast down south from Marina  Elliot’s beach is spread.  For Chennai youth it is a  night beach.  This beach is ideal place to go sea bathing.

How to reach this place:

Elliots beach is located at Besantnagar is about 10kms away from Marina Beach.  You have to take a route of Besant nagar  like Adayar – Greenways road – Patinapakkam – Santhom-Light house – Marina.  One can reach  Marina and Elliot’s beach fast as they are neighbours.  You can also visit Ashta lakshmi temple which is closeby and you have some decent hotels nearby.
